Background:
In the heart of Leicester Square, M&M'S World London is the world’s largest confectionary store at 35,000 square feet spread over four floors.
Shown in the slideshow are sample concepts for customer retail experiences for the M&M Store Leicester Square. Part of our approach was to repurpose existing content and also to propose the creation of new engagement ideas.

Outcome:
The new designs helped to increase public interaction within the store, particularly amongst younger people and children. This helped to increase dwell time in-store, thus increasing sales of M&M marketing materials. These interactive experiences were spread to all global M&M stores.
